    permohonan imb split apakah harus di lengkapi dengan bukti bpjs TK dan bukti bpjs kesehatan ??? knp waktu permohonan imb induk tdk di persyaratkan ???

Perihal cetak mandiri apabila sk sudah jadi, masuk ke menu akun saya pilih permohonan saya, klik IKM pada pendaftaran yang diajukan. lalu cetak sk apabila sudah mengisi kolom IKM Apabilla memerlukan informasi lebih lanjut silahkan menghubungi call center kami

    Assalamualaikum bpk/ibu, untuk permohonan 180912.TDP.02895 terjadi penolakan karna izin teknis IUJK tidak ada, padahal saya sudah melampirkan berkas IUJK PUSAT mengingat kami mengajukan permohonan TDP cabang, nama file yg kami upload adalah IZIN disana tercantum domisili dan iujk jg siup pusat (untuk domisili nya cabang) mohon tolong lebih teliti lagi agar tidak memperlambat pembuatan izin yg kami butuhkan dimohon konfirmasinya

Mohon di mengerti dengan jelas isi dari penolakan pengajuan permohonan dengan isi (SILAHKAN DAFTAR DI OSS.GO.ID / SEMUA PERIZINAN HARUS MEMILIKI NIB (NOMOR INDUK BERUSAHA, padahal saya bisa masuk ke sistem periiznan online itu pake NIB, bagaimana bisa mengeluarkan penolakan saya harus daftar kembali ke OSS.
